Terms of Service

Welcome to NestLexa, your partner in legal support for apartment purchases. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services provided at nestlexa.trade.

1. Definitions

“Client” means any individual or entity that engages NestLexa for services, information products, or goods. “Services” refers to legal support for apartment purchase transactions. “Info Products” refers to digital guides, templates, or courses. “Goods” refers to any physical items sold by NestLexa.

2. Services

NestLexa offers professional legal support for apartment purchases, including contract review, due diligence, and closing assistance. All engagements are subject to a service agreement outlining scope, schedule, and fee arrangements.

3. Info Products

NestLexa’s Info Products consist of downloadable and online materials designed to educate on legal processes related to apartment purchases. Access credentials will be provided upon completion of payment.

4. Goods

NestLexa may offer physical materials such as printed guides or formal document kits. Goods will be shipped to the address provided by the Client.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Due to the bespoke nature of legal support services, fee payments for Services are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. Clients may request a postponement of scheduled services by notifying NestLexa in writing at least seven (7) days before the original date. Postponements are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

5.2 Info Products

Clients may request a refund for Info Products within thirty (30) days of initial access if less than 20% of the content has been consumed. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within fifteen (15) business days of approval, credited back to the original payment method.

5.3 Goods

For defective or damaged Goods, Clients must notify NestLexa within fourteen (14) days of receipt. NestLexa will arrange for inspection, and if a defect is confirmed, the Client may choose reimbursement or replacement. Shipping costs for approved claims will be covered by NestLexa.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by NestLexa remain the exclusive property of NestLexa. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal or internal business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestLexa’s liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
